Check with Archie Bost, he doesn't counsel children anymore, but has counselor in his practice that does. Since Archie us awesome, I assume he would partner with some equal. (Archie is member at providence)

You can always work with your medical doctor to get anti-depressants and such. Thats how I do it. I just see her twice a year.

Dr konopka in wake forest is a general practitioner who is amazing. He's not a psychiatrist but very knowledgeable and understanding of anxiety disorders. He can help you with meds, very willing to prescribe.

As a clinician working in Raleigh, we refer more people to Dr. Mona Gupta than anyone else. She, and her office in general, provide excellent service. If you have more specific needs, I could provide a more specific referral.
