Try to find a functional medicine doctor/psychiatrist to check your physical/ nutritional health. They will work with you to get you balanced and improve mental and emotional health with it. You need to have your magnesium levels checked, Not w. Blood serum standard test, B vitamin levels checked, and get on a daily probiotic regimen. Look up Dr Carolyn Dean. Read up on her research on anxiety and magnesium deficiency.
