Dr. Catherine Thomas with 5 th Ave Primary Care. They are located on Foxfield in St Charles. They also have a location in South Elgin. Dr. Thomas is my primary and the entire staff is OUTSTANDING! Dr. Vilbur is at the same location, and he is just as great. Amy (Physicians Asst) is really awesome. All the nurses are equally as caring too.

It depends who your medical group is. If you go the Dreyer route, it's a different managing medical group. My managing group is Fox Valley medicine so, I can't see Dreyer docs unless I switch medical groups.
