https://www.facebook.com/429233473784816 Fox Valley Orthopedics - Dr. Morawski does knees (and hips) as OUTPATIENT surgery if you're otherwise healthy. Saves a ton of money, too! My mom had her hip done by him and she was 89 at the time - almost no pain after surgery and a great result.

Dr. Jacobs-El at Dryer is AWESOME! He does not do unnecessary tests either... I had my knee done by him and my friend and my mom had their hips done by him too. Great bedside manner, compassionate and a very intelligent man....

OED in Warrenville, with medical offices at both Delnor and Central Dupage. The best is Dr Sterba. He is replacing my hip on Wednesday, I had Dr Labelle scope both knees, dr Thomas carpel tunnel surgery. Go see Dr Sterba just for an X-ray. You will love him

Hands down Dr Ghanayhem at Loyola! Believe me as someone who picked an Ortho and had to endure 6 surgeries after the initial one.... Dr G is who I recommend to everyone. The drive might be longer, but worth every second to not have to go through what I did. If you PM I am also willing to share who to NOT go to

Definantly Dr Mason....my mom is 89 and needed a crown and bridge repaired. She has high anxiety and Dr Mason and his staff were very attentive to her needs. He is very busy but you can get in sooner with an emergency.

Dr. Wayne Paprosky out of Central DuPage Hosp. /Midwest Orthopedics at Rush. I had both knees replaced in the past year. Both surgeries went seamlessly, recoveries uneventful and I am a new woman. I followed his protocol, did the physical therapy and I am pain free!!

Dr. Bertucci out of Elmhurst. He reconstructed both my knees and replaced my shoulder. Dr. Bartell out of Fox Valley Orthopedics is great on ankles, I'm sure he could recommend a great surgeon close to home too.
