MaryAnn B. replied:
Before going to see a doctor, I would highly recommend going to see Ellie at Sole Dimensions on Ligon Mill behind WalMart. She will correct your issues not just treat you symptoms.
Tom C. replied:
I agree with MaryAnn. I suffered with terrible heal pain which I kind of self diagnosed as plantars fasciitis.( the symptoms are quite defining) Tried some Dr. Scholl's products with zero success. Searched the internet and found a source, unfortunately I don't recall the name, that offered multiple selections for inserts designed specifically for plantar fasciitis. I spent about $25.00 and placed the order. I am being dead serious when I tell you that I experienced near immediate relief and in short time complete relief. I continued to wear those inserts until they pretty much wore out. That was years ago, before Sole Dimensions was in business, and I have had absolutely no recurrence.
Jeanette W. replied:
I am seeing Dr Judge. His office assistance wraps my feet in tape, he gives you $30 orthotics and relief is instant. But......it's not cured. I have to do stretches before getting out of bed and a couple of times a day. I wrap my arches with K tape after the other tape comes off. Still having pain, will try Sole Dimensions.
Gwen N. replied:
Ellie at Sole Dimensions has helped both my 14 year old son-basketball/football player and I--tennis player with our foot issues. She's great!!
