The folks at RunLab are amazing and sport-oriented. Not sure what their pandemic operations are.

If you're near Round Rock, [Teena Welch Massage and Bodywork](https://www.teenawelchmassage.com/) is amazing. But let me be clear: she will dig in and hurt you. The amazing part doesn't happen until the next day.
Please use the term massage therapist instead of masseuse. That term has a sexual connotation and is not appreciated by licensed massage therapists. Thanks :)
Austin peeps - does anyone have an orthopedist they would recommend in this area? One that has a special interest in sports medicine is preferred!

Lee uses Dr. Shelby Carter and really likes him! My parents use Dr. Marc Dehart (specializes in sports med) and he's close to you. Both are great doctors.
If you know a good sports medicine doctor in Austin please let me know - somebody preferably who you have worked with and has a good track record, especially in dealing...

Does anyone have reccomendations for or connections to a reliable (and affordable) sports doctor in Austin? Ideally someone who knows a thing or two about cycling!
