It's a drive, but Dr Agrawal is AMAZING. I've never seen such a caring and understanding doctor and staff. He has an office in Marietta which he works out of a few times a month, but his home base is in Peachtree City. We normally see him in Marietta and it's totally worth the drive. Food or environmental allergies?
Deborah C. replied:
I will second Dr. Agrawal - best doctor in any field I have ever come across. You won't meet a more compassionate and caring man...and his staff reflects his values too!

I have been seeing Dr. Glen Nadel for years for all my allergies - he is great. He is with Allergy and Asthma Associates - they have a Cumming office. I would make an appointment with them and get tested - at least that way you will find out what to avoid...Good luck sweetie!
Tricia S. replied:
I also see Dr Glen Nadel with Allergy and Asthma Consultants of Atlanta, exit 15. You will probably get in quicker if you go to their Roswell location, as it is opened Monday. Cumming is only open on Wednesdays all day, Thursday afternoon, and Friday morning.
Patti B. replied:
I agree Dr Glen Nadel is fantastic! I have been taking my daughter to him for over 5 years. And I did take her to the Roswell office the first time to get in quicker and they were happy to move her up to the cumming office for me.

Were the tortillas flour? You might suddenly be intolerant to the gluten. In my own experience, it's possible you have internal inflammation and you tipped over suddenly. Obviously, I'm not a doctor. Just my two cents. https://draxe.com/inflammation-at-the-root-of-most-diseases/

Dungeness crab at the 57 th Fighter Group did a number on me one day. Tried it three times and each time within one minute my heart raced, my lips and mouth went numb. After I was through "testing fate" I slid the plate back.

Dr Maloney is awesome, he is located in Gainesville.
Nancy D. replied:
Thanks y'all. The dermatologist did call in an epi pen for me to have now. I will definitely follow up with allergist. I felt like Will Smith in Hitch. Lol.

We are moving from Virginia to Cumming jan 29th. My son has a 504 for life threatening allergies. Looking for recommendations for an allergist close to the Avenues. TIA
Angela H. replied:
Dr Thomas Chaco with Northside ENT. He has an office in Roswell which is not too far from Cumming. He is the best allergist around!
Leslie T. replied:
Dr. Agrawal at Freedom Allergy. His main office is in Peachtree City but is in Marietta every Wednesday. He's hands down the best allergist I've ever had experience with. My son has a life threatening peanut allergy and Dr. A has been amazing. He even gives out his personal cell phone number and encourages you to call/text with any questions or concerns. It's never taken him more than 5 minutes to respond to me.:)

Does anyone know of a cheap allergist in or around Cumming? I don't have insurance but need to be tested ASAP. I keep breaking out in hives. I know one thing I am...
Kristina P. replied:
Go to Dr. Sloan. I think they run allergy testing specials for $200 and they are much more extensive than what regular doctors do.

Cindi Tribur Brown..I'm sorry I can't be of any help because we recently moved to GA, however I am in desperate need of a cardiologist (for me) and was wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing with me who your husband sees? I have cardiac issues and need to have a really good cardiologist. I will pray your husband finds the answer to his cough...just a question - maybe try a Naturopath? Sometimes they can find things mainstream doc might not think of.
